We are incomplete.

The Hollow Glow is seeking a Pro-Level Keys/Synth player with the ability to program cool sounds and sing vocal harmony (the ability to double on guitar is a huge plus!) - Male or Female 25-35. Rehearsals are in Portland, ME.

The Hollow Glow is an original rock band fronted by Ben Carroll of Ra (Universal). This band already has a buzz going on, has radio airplay, songs coming out in a couple of indie movies, has gotten record deal offers, management offers, and many great gig offers...in short...we have some amazing opportunities in our hands right now!

Influences:

NEW SCHOOL: A Perfect Circle, Muse, Foo Fighters, Coldplay, Radiohead, Silversun Pickups, Kings of Leon, Nirvana...

OLD SCHOOL: The Beatles, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, The Police,  Led Zeppelin, U2, Pink Floyd, The Doors…

If you are a creative keyboardist with the ability to play well, but play for the song (i.e. plays well with others), sing vocal harmony (a must), program cool sounds & textures...and are not afraid to work with delays and other effects this may be the perfect gig for you.

This band is striving for a unique sound by incorporating a lot of sounds - Foo Fighters/Tom Petty like guitar layering, Muse/Floyd like piano/synth runs, ambient Radiohead/Floyd like sonic textures & Coldplay/Keane like melodic chordal piano parts...
